With a unique collection of over 5,000 natural lactic acid bacteria isolates and expertise in personalized probiotic solutions, we bridge fundamental research and real-world applications - from health-focused products to innovative food technologies.

Probiotics

  • Microbiology Laboratories - fully equipped laboratories for cultivation, characterization, and analysis of microbial strains, including controlled environments for host-microbe interaction studies
  • Anaerobic Culture Room, facility dedicated for cultivation of anaerobic bacteria.
