Education

Educational strategic goal of IMGGE is to become a key institution in the country that will provide: a framework for the development of highly educated young scientists who are expected to have a leading position in scientific research and university teaching; training programs in the field of molecular biology and molecular genetics with continuing education in the field of biomedicine; and promotion of science and communication with the general population to raise awareness of the social and economic importance of scientific progress and technological development in the fields of molecular biology and molecular genetics.

PhD Studies

Teaching activity of IMGGE is largely carried out through the realization of the PhD study program at the Faculty of Biology, and researchers from the Institute also take part in PhD and specialist studies at the other faculties and universities in our country.

Biology and Chemistry Program for high school students

The program is intended for high school students from the 1st to the 4th grade who, along with their regular education, want to gain additional knowledge and get acquainted with scientific research in the field of natural sciences. The program activities are conducted during the school year.

Researchers' Night

During this and the next school year, as part of the Researchers' Night project, IMGGE is implementing the activity "Researchers in schools". The aim of the activity is to bring high school students in direct contact with scientists from different fields of research, to get them familiar with important topics from different fields of science and to introduce them to the opportunities offered by a scientific career.
